We are a leading Personal Safety Training Consultancy based in the East Midlands covering the entire UK, Ireland and parts of Europe. We were established in 1994, helping organisations train their staff how to cope with conflict, aggression and violence in the workplace.

Over the past 20 years or so, people have concentrated upon de-escalation techniques and defusion techniques, totally forgetting the way we react and behave when situations become tense. We concentrate on the key areas that people react to; what you say, the way you say it, and of course the way you behave when you pass the message on.

We have worked directly and indirectly on a sub-contract basis with over 78 local authorities and 6 Government Departments, 21 NHS Trusts, 11 PCTs, 6 Housing Associations and 10 Drug and Alcohol Projects.
